Windsor’s Erie Wildlife Rescue provides a safe refuge for animals in need of care, and it has put out a call to area residents seeking support for an upcoming fundraising event.
The team at the rescue have organized a schedule of Yard & Bake Sale Fundraisers, and the first date has been set for late March. It will be held indoors so shoppers and sellers alike will not have to worry about the weather, and it will be open for four hours.
The activity will help to turn one person’s trash into another’s treasure, and there will be everything from vintage glassware to Books, toys, games, decor and jewellery. Everyone can stock up on treats at the bake sale tables, and while they do, they can meet others who care about supporting the environment.
As a non-profit, the organization receives no government funding and depends on donations and fundraisers to carry on its work. Many charities operate on a very tight budget, and a printing services company will be able to help make cost-effective marketing materials to promote fundraising events.
The first Yard & Bake Sale Fundraiser for Erie Wildlife Rescue is on the way for March 23rd. It will welcome members of the public from 10:00 am until 3:00 pm at 11168 Tecumseh Road E. in Windsor.
