Windsor is about to be treated to a taste of New Orleans nightlife during a party set to take place out on the water.
Windsor Premier Cruises announced that tickets are available for its Mardis Gras cruise, and it will wrap up May with an evening of fun. The vessel will set sail at Riverside Drive West, and a special gift will be presented to the first 100 passengers to arrive.
The ticket holders are encouraged to enter the spirit of the occasion by dressing in green, gold and purple, and masks are also suggested. The first passengers to climb aboard will receive beads, and the New Orleans-style entertainment will be provided by The South Side Strutters and Mississippi Mike. Bread pudding and shrimp with grits will be on the menu, and the outing is for those aged 19 and up only. A cash bar service will be part of the festivities.
