Photographers in Windsor who have been on the hunt for a chance to hone their skills may want to be part of a shoot that is being offered free of charge.
Milestone Photography Studio has been meeting the needs of the local photographic community throughout the past year, and it will be celebrating its first anniversary by hosting an open house. Both models and photographers are encouraged to take part.
This three-hour event will be an opportunity to create some interesting art. There will be a variety of equipment available for the use of the attendees, including triggers, constant lights and strobes, and the models who take part are advised to wear whatever outfit they would like to use for the shots. The participants can then add these photos to their personal portfolio, and a request has been made that no off-camera flashes be used.
The studio has explained that it is hosting this activity to thank the local community for the support it has shown to the company through its first year. A printing services supplier can use wide format printing and other techniques to prepare backdrops and other materials to use during this type of occasion.
This first anniversary open house event will take place on April 4th at 3449 Walker Road. Anyone who is interested in registering is encouraged to do so well ahead of the scheduled date.
