Canada's agricultural sector produces a wide variety of ingredients, and many of these can be sourced from the Windsor area. Chef John Alvarez will use his culinary talents to create a variety of small bites in a four part series that will be dedicated to showing how making sustainable eating choices can be a tasty decision.
Food & Beverage has joined forces with The Cheese Bar to offer this exploration of locally sourced wine and cheese, and this will be combined with other small plated dishes. Both the sweet and savory will be featured, and tickets are $80 each.
The event will open with sampling a variety of cheeses, which will be paired with a flight of wine. After this, the guests will sample desserts that include artisan chocolate crafted by Sweetness Chocolates. As they dine, the attendees can get to know one another and learn about the food on their plates and how it was grown.
An evening like this can be a tasty idea for a date night or time spent with good friends. A Print shop’s graphic design team can be counted on to make sure an event like this has all the printed materials it will need to be a success.
This installment of the ‘A Tasting Experience’ series will be held at 2090 Wyandotte Street East on May 7. The dates for the subsequent tasting events are June 4 and 25.
