This year, the Windsor-Essex area will be showing its pride by hosting three days of celebrations for one and all.
The Windsor Essex Pride Festival, which serves to help raise awareness of issues faced by members of the LGBTQ2S+ community, will welcome everyone at Lanspeary Park. In previous years, has attracted crowds numbering in the thousands, and the organizers are counting on 2021 being even more of a success. and everyone will be made to feel most welcome
The plans for the three days include a parade, and individuals, businesses and organizations are all encouraged to get involved. There will also be a festival with live entertainment, art and community booths, and food will be available on site, with many of the city's small businesses setting up shop for the occasion, as well at vendor stalls being based at the end of the procession.
