Chefs and poutine experts will be coming in from all across the province to take part in the friendly competition, and this will be one of the stops on the 2018 Poutine Feast Tour. There will be lots of food to sample, and both vegetarian and gluten free options will be available along with the more traditional recipes.
There will be dozens of types of poutine on offer, and guests can sample as many as they wish. While they savour the food, they can also enjoy a cold beer or other beverage, and the whole event will have a party atmosphere. There will be awards presented in a variety of categories, and the planners hope that it will be both fun and delicious for everyone who comes out.
