Whisky is a popular beverage, and while many enjoy it as a drink, it can be used in lots of other ways, as an upcoming evening will show.
Matt Jones, who is an experienced whisky ambassador, has traveled the globe in pursuit of the world’s top varieties. He will be showing how it can be put to use in the kitchen to create a selection of dishes, and the public is welcome to join in this Windsor area experience.
The guests at the meal will be treated to a four-course dinner, which will be accompanied by a variety of whisky-based cocktails and other drinks. The evening will open with Laphroaig shrimp ceviche, and after this, salmon, stuffed mushrooms, smoked ribs, s’mores and other culinary specialties will be served. The guests will be welcome to try them all, and while they enjoy the food, they can learn about how they can use whisky as an ingredient in their own kitchen.
Tickets for the evening are currently on offer, priced at $85. Printed Menus, recipe cards and information Booklets are a few of the items a printing services company can provide that can make an experience like this even more fun for the guests.
The Cheese Bar in Windsor will be welcoming diners for its ‘Meet: The Whisky Chef’ evening on November 7. Everyone aged 19 or older is welcome.
