The Downtown Windsor Business Accelerator can help businesses save a lot of money on the rental of office space. The Accelerator is a non-profit organization that rents out office space in their building to start-up businesses. It will also help you to fast track arranging your business card printing so that you can start gaining clients from the day you start up your business.

The Accelerator has 23 open-concept office space and 14 1-2 person offices. Each workspace is fully furnished. Prices are $80 each month for a “hot desk”, $375 each month for a one person open-concept office, $550 each month for a 1-person office, and $750 each month for a 2-person office. All those who rent have access to a training room, 3 meeting rooms, 3 living rooms, a library, a kitchen and a copy room. The Downtown Windsor Business Accelerator also offers mentoring and teaching, training in such skills as entrepreneurship, web development, business planning, finance and marketing. They also feature several events such as Out to Lunch: Business Insight Over Lunch which is a monthly lunch held in a classroom setting in which various business topics are discussed. For example, the topic of the September lunch was Social Media Best Services for Business.
