Painting can be a relaxing hobby that adds a touch of beauty to the world. Mandalas are often used to represent the connection between humans and the rest of the natural universe, and they will be the pattern of choice during a paint workshop that will be offered to adults in Windsor.
Each person who picks up a brush during the class will create his or her own unique pattern, which they will then paint on to their rock. According to the organizers, when they hosted this session in the fall it was very popular, and they are pleased to be able to offer it again.
All of the supplies needed to create the mandalas will be provided, and attendance will be limited to adults only. The session will start at 7:00pm, and will be hosted at White Feather Holistic Arts.
The registration fee will be $25 each (plus HST). As there are only a limited number of spots, anyone who would like to take part is asked to register ahead of time. Posters placed in a shop window, community centre and other locations can be an effective way of promoting an event like this, and these can be sourced from a poster printing company.
