WindsorEats is bringing together cocktail mixing and gingerbread house crafting for a hands-on evening in Windsor.
The Christmas Cocktail Class invites attendees to explore the art of mixology under the instruction of local expert bartender and mixologist Adriano Ciotoli, named Ontario’s Tourism Champion of the Year. Participants will learn how to combine spirits and flavours to create holiday-inspired cocktails, with a focus on whiskies produced in the region. The class offers a practical approach to drink-making, emphasizing hands-on over theory.
After sampling a welcome cocktail, guests will prepare three original beverages and discover various blending and presentation techniques. Following the tasting of their creations, each participant will also have the opportunity to take one of their creations home.
The evening will continue with a gingerbread house making and decorating session accompanied by music from The Raisbecks. Though distinct, the two activities share a common theme of artistic design and community celebration, offering attendees a chance to engage in both culinary and creative expression.
Local Print shops often supply event materials such as Flyers, Business Cards, and promotional Pens, which participants can use to take notes during workshops.
The Christmas Cocktail Class will be held at WindsorEats, 400 Erie Street East, Windsor, on Saturday, December 6, 2025.
