The transition from a milk or formula-based diet to solid foods isn't always an easy one, but a Whitby workshop can give parents the tools and confidence to help make the process a lot easier.
The ‘Baby Food and Beyond: From Milk to Meals’ workshop will explore a variety of ways of introducing solid food to a six month old. Participants will be guided by the venue’s dietitian Sarah Jean Noel, and she will offer tips and advice on moving a child to solid foods for the first time.
One part of the workshop that may be especially helpful to parents will be a discussion on how to prepare baby food at home, which can be a budget-friendly choice. The group will find out how they can add interesting textures and tastes to the food, and also how to safely store for future use.
Advanced registration is mandatory for this event, and babies and toddlers are welcome to come along. Organizers of events such as this can turn to local printing services to help prepare educational materials to be used, including Posters, notebooks and Brochures to assist students with their learning.
Dietitian Sarah Jean Noel will be welcoming parents for this workshop on March 25th. It will be taking place at 200 Taunton Road W in Whitby.Get a Free Quote for Brochures Get a Free Quote for Posters
