SickKids Hospital provides world class medical care to kids from all across the GTA and even all over the world. The Optimist Club of Brooklyn stands behind its efforts, and the club is inviting people to be part of its upcoming Whitby fundraiser.
The event, which will pay homage to the superhero in everyone, will be held in Grass Park. Entry to the celebration is free for adults, while kids are asked to pay $15 each. This covers admission to the bounce castles as well as a stop at the cotton candy booth, crafting stations, games and other activities, and since each child will receive his or her own cape, the occasion’s younger guests will be able to be a hero for the day.
Costumed superheroes will be on site to interact with the kids, and they will be sharing their moves and other crime-solving secrets with the crowd. Many members of the local business community have already signed up to be a part of the function, and they will be offering treats, games and other activities as well as lots of surprises. Promotional Pens and other marketing items can be prepared by local Print shops ready to hand out during this kind of event.
