Prenatal class planned for Whitby parents-to-be

Expectant parents in Whitby will have the chance to be well prepared for caring for their newborn thanks to an upcoming class.

A prenatal baby class is on offer to Whitby’s future families, and it will introduce an assortment of topics related to baby care and development. It may be a good fit for those who want to hit the ground running with their bundle of joy, and the registration fee is $150 for two people, plus any applicable taxes and fees.

The syllabus for the session will incorporate subjects ranging from dispersing and feeding a baby to sleep, car seat and crib safety, and attachment and non-verbal communication cues infants may use to express their needs. The workshop has a seven-hour runtime, and along with all the other benefits of attending, the participants will be able to build a network of other new parents to call on when they need some extra support.

A baby-care class helps to give new parents confidence in their abilities. Promotional Products prepared by area printers can be distributed to those who take part in one of these activities.

Future parents who would like to become better acquainted with the basics of baby care are welcome to register for the Baby Care class now. It will be held on March 19th, starting at 9:00 am. It will be on offer at 105 Consumers Drive in Whitby.
