An upcoming Toronto event will give collectors of Star Wars memorabilia an opportunity to rub shoulders with some of the top companies in the action figure industry.
Dubbed “May the North be With You”, the expo, which is planned for the Holiday Inn Toronto Downtown Centre, is a creation of the Ontario Star Wars Collectors Alliance, and everyone is welcome to be part of the excitement. It is open to attendees of all ages, and both Irwin Toys and Kenner will have representatives on hand to meet with the crowd.
The two-day ticketed function will have lots to see and do, and the attendees will be able to sit in on several panel discussions with toy industry insiders . The speakers at the session will be available for autographs afterwards, though there may be an additional charge for this. Everyone can enjoy viewing the exhibits of vintage collectibles that will be on site, and the activity will be rounded out with a collector’s show, sale and exchange.
