Toronto gardens plan pumpkin carving fun

Allan Gardens provides a taste of the tropics in the heart of Toronto, and it also supplies a variety of hands-on activities, with one planned for late October.

Friends of Allan Gardens recently announced that it has a special experience in store for the city’s little ghosts and goblins, and it is scheduled for 19 horticultural Avenue in Toronto. The venue can be reached by the TTC system, and there are three dates scheduled to choose from.

The group has organized pumpkin carving sessions that will be offered at the venue’s Children’s Conservatory. The first is set for the morning during the Farmers Market, and the other two will take place after school. Each family can carve their own mini pumpkin, creating their own custom look. All of the materials will be provided, and parents will need to remain with their child throughout the activity. A cash donation will be appreciated, and the suggested amount is $5.00 for each pumpkin and $5.00 for every attendee. The proceeds will help keep the Gardens free and open to the public.

Not for profit groups that host public activities may be in the market for Promotional Products that are budget friendly, and a printing services company can lend a hand. It will be pleased to provide a range of choices.

Allan Gardens will be providing these pumpkin carving experiences on October 24th, 28th and 29th. The Friends of Allan Garden’s website offers complete details.
