Toronto residents who put off their shopping until the last minute will not have to worry, thanks to a pop-up market that will come to the rescue.
The Great Hall at 1087 Queen Street West will be welcoming late holiday gift buyers, and it will have plenty of options on offer for everyone on their list. Admission is free, and at least 50 different makers and artisans will have a table set up to display their works.
Those who would like to find a one-of-a-kind present for someone special will be able to do so, and while they shop, they will be supporting the city’s small business sector. It will welcome the public for five hours, and the venue for the pop-up is accessible to those who use public transit. The function has been organized by Queen St. Marketplace as one of its annual events.
