Bloor West Village in Toronto will soon be rolling out the orange and black carpet for some pre-Halloween trick or treating.
This Toronto neighbourhood boasts a vibrant community of businesses, and a planned Trick or Treat day, lasting for around four hours, will offer treats to kids, families, and even pets!
Everyone is encouraged to take their Halloween costume for a test drive, a couple of days before the main day; those attending are invited to visit the businesses organizing the event itself. A harvest themed photo station will be set up at the corner of Bloor Street and West and Willard Avenue North; pumpkin carving demos and other fun are all in the mix as well.
To help make this celebration a real “treat” for the community’s less fortunate, everyone has been asked to consider bringing along a generous contribution of non-perishable food. These will be donated to local food pantries. A flyer printing company can prepare a variety of materials that help to spread the word about a festive event throughout a residential area.
The Bloor West Village will be showing its Halloween spirit by taking part in the Trick or Treat day, which will be on offer on Sunday, October 29. The event will begin at 10am, with the fun lasting until it draws to a close at 2pm.
