Even though winter is coming to Toronto and everyone is anticipating winter sports such as skiing, those who prefer the warmer seasons will be flocking to the Toronto Boat Show this January. This popular event showcases the newest in boats and other aquatic equipment while providing much needed information on everything related to boating. It is very likely that Toronto printing companies have been helping organizers prepare by providing such services as banner printing and poster printing.
The Boat Show will feature an indoor lake which will be offering free rides on smaller boats such as canoes and kayaks, children's areas such as the Kids Boating Zone and the Kids Fishing Zone, showcases of larger yachts which guests can board, displays on boating safety, a free Discover Boating Center, and Canadian Yachting's Island Village. In addition, there will also be 140 free seminars on such topics as boating basics, as well as vendors selling boat-related merchandise.
The Toronto International Boat Show takes place at the Direct Energy Centre from January 12 - 20, 2013. Admission is $15 for adults or $22 for two days and $12 for seniors or $16 for two days, while children aged 16 and under will be admitted free when accompanied by an adult.
There will also be a preview of the Boat Show on January 11. VIP tickets are $100 or $40, with the more expensive ticket including hors d'oeuvres, three drink tickets, and general admission to the show at a later date, while the $40 includes one drink ticket. Previewing guests will also have the chance to do some shopping.
