With networking being an important part of doing business, The Toronto Area Board of Trade is provided business owners in the area with an opportunity to grow their referral networks next month. Indeed, June’s itinerary includes two events that will make the most of the anticipated good weather - a luncheon and a golf tournament.
The annual luncheon will give Board of Trade members and others the chance to briefly discuss business and likely listen to a keynote speaker. Everyone will have the chance to exchange Business Cards and to get in a word or two about their business.
The annual golf tournament is another chance for business leaders to network with one another, and its tournament fees will cover lunch, drinks, a golf cart, golf fees, a buffet dinner, raffle tickets, and an awards reception.
No doubt those who are planning to attend either or both of these events sponsored by the will be placing a new business card printing order, making sure they have enough cards for the events and that any digital Business Cards in their pockets are in good condition.
The Luncheon will take place at the Board of Trade on June 18 from 11:30 am to 1:45 pm. Tickets are $79 for Board of Trade members or $99 for non-members. The golf tournament will take place later in the month at the Country Club on June 28, beginning at 10:00 am. Fees are $300 per golfer or $1,100 for a foursome.
