PackEx Toronto – an event aimed at packing suppliers, printers and industry experts – is taking place this month for three days.
The conference is part trade show and part educational summit. There will be displays of the latest technology, free presentations, networking events, and the PAC summit. This latter event is hosted by the Packaging Consortium and is set to feature guest speakers such as Sandra Farwell and Jason Wadsworth.
There are actually six different conferences that will take place at the same venue over the same days. These include Design and Manufacturing in Canada, and the Quality Expo. Attendees from all six will be at the conference presentations on integrated quality management, cyber security, and revolutionizing the manufacturing process.
A speed networking event is planned for the conference, giving participants a chance to meet a large number of their peers in five-minute increments to briefly discuss their business and to exchange cards.
Many Toronto printing company employees are sure to attend at least one day of this conference.
PackEx will be held at the Toronto Congress Centre from June 16 to 18. A cocktail reception will be held on June 16 from 4:00pm - 5:00pm. Conference fees are $1,099 in advance for three days and $1,299 at the door, or $499 and $599 for one day. Visit the event website for more information.Get a Free Quote for Packaging
