The 3rd annual Riot Fest and Expo is returning to Toronto with a huge line-up of musical greats, including many who made their names in the 1980s.
Riot Fest first began in Chicago in 2005, but has grown to include Toronto and Denver.
The festival promises to offer four stages, carnival rides, side shows, attractions, and an assortment of food and beverages. Among the confirmed musical guests are The Cure, Billy Talent, Heart, the Buzzcocks, Death Cab for Cutie, and Paul Weller.
Tickets are either for general admission or for VIP, which is limited to those 19 and over. VIP guests receive priority entrance, private lounges, a special lanyard, private air-conditioned bathrooms, and separate bars and food concessions.
The festival is open to people of all ages, and many families attend annually. It is well publicized in the Toronto area. Some of the Forms of advertising likely obtained from local printing companies may include Posters, Signs, Flyers and Brochures, which are likely to be distributed broadly in the run-up to the event.
Riot Fest and Expo is being held at Downsview Park from September 6th-7th, beginning at 11:00am each day.
