Learn how to be successful on Bay Street

The Toronto Board of Trade sponsors the Distinguished Speaker Series, which features several successful businessmen and women. Each segment of the series involves a lecture or a panel discussion aimed at sharing tips and personal experiences on how to become, and remain, a successful businessperson. The series is helpful to those who are starting a new business, are struggling in their present business, or are just looking to move to the next level of success.

The next Distinguished Speaker Series event will be a talk by Janet Graham, author of ‘Babes on Bay Street’ and will be entitled ‘Success Recipe for Babes on Bay Street’. The event will take place at the Toronto Board of Trade tomorrow, November 9, from 11:30 am - 1:45 pm. Tickets are $79 for individual Board of Trade members and $99 for non-members, with lunch included in the price. For more information, call 416-862-4500. Organizers have prepared a flyer, no doubt provided by a local printing company, that will no doubt be distributed throughout the Toronto business community.

Those attending the luncheon will learn how Graham became a successful woman on Bay Street. She will be discussing her personal experiences, will share what she believes to be the leadership potential in everyone, and the impact this makes on business, while also offering tips on how an individual businessperson can make their own success more possible. No doubt her experiences will inspire others to double their efforts to achieve their goals.
