Canada Post is expanding its popular Registered Partner Program to more Print companies in Toronto that manage the mail obligations of smaller businesses.
This program dates back to only 2009, and since then, 366 partners have signed up for it. The program encourages the utilization of Direct Mail for Print shops and other companies, too. The 366 partners that have thus far signed up include a combination of bigger printing houses, ad agencies, data shops, and lettershops.
Today, Canada Post is especially targeting printing shops whose needs include Direct Mail and also flyer printing for their small-business clientele. There is no cost for joining the program, but it is mandatory that those signing up watch an introductory video and then finish a tutorial, online, on the fundamentals of providing Direct Mail to clients.
Once a part of this free program from Canada Post, printing companies are able to access a whole host of tools online. These tools include cleaning data tutorials, marketing and sales information, not to mention actually registering for an entire directory of mail suppliers. Another feature that is promised to arrive in the near future includes the capability for registered Print shops to actually access their customers’ numbers. This feature will be available as part of an entirely separate website.
Poster printing companies in the Toronto, Ontario, area, who already offer great services to their customers, should be able to make great use of some of the features of this Canada Post program, and it will certainly be beneficial to them when dealing with small to medium enterprises.
