CMA Direct Marketing Conference 2011

The CMA Direct Marketing Conference will take place on September 21 at the Westin Harbour Castle in Toronto. The theme of this year’s conference is Building a Relationship with Customer 2.0. Marketing strategies have changed with the advent of the Internet; this conference will help business owners get up to speed on how best to grow their business with the help of today’s technology. Traditional ways of marketing such as brochure and flyer printing and distribution are still viable but it is now necessary for a business also to have an online presence.

The CMA conference, presented by the Canadian Marketing Association, will teach business people learn how to build customer loyalty, how to improve customer service and how to address privacy issues and concerns that their customer’s might have. It will also give those in attendance information on how to manage the data, insight and knowledge that they may have gained through a marketing campaign.

The conference should provide a great opportunity to discover how online marketing can enhance more traditional marketing.
