The latest seminar in the Toronto Board of Trade’s Advanced Business Fundamentals series is set to take place in January.
‘Smart sales in the relationship economy’ is presented by Greg Witz, the head of Witz Education. He will be talking about buying and selling cycles in business and the role of the salesperson.
Those who attend will learn how best to sell directly to members of each generation, while also finding out about the wants and needs of today's consumers and the principals of success in selling. Witz will then teach business leaders and salespersons how they can stop heavy selling in order to concentrate more on helping clients to make the right decisions. There will be a particular emphasis on the use of social media.
Guests will have time before the seminar begins to talk about business and networking. With that in mind, it is likely that a lot of the Toronto leaders planning to attend have already placed new business card printing orders with their local Print companies. This way, they can be sure that their contact information is up to date, has no errors, and that they have enough cards to exchange with everyone they meet.
‘Smart sales in the relationship economy’ is being held at the Toronto Region Board of Trade offices on January 16 from 8:00-9:30am; registration begins at 7:30am. Admission is free for all Board of Trade members. To find out more, call 416-862-4500.
