A Timmins winter may seem to last for a very long time, but an upcoming event will help to add some fun to this frosty season.
The Timmins Multicultural Society is the host of the annual Multicultural Festival, and to help fund this fest, it will also be the host for a gala evening. The Multicultural Dinner and Dance Gala will be for those who are age 19 and up, and the suggested attire is semi formal.
The attendees at the gala will be treated to a dinner, and there will also be entertainment and an opportunity to hit the dance floor. A silent auction will see an assortment of donated gifts and experiences up for bids, and table reservations for six and eight persons are both available. Single-person passes will go on sale a week ahead of the fundraiser's scheduled date. Those who have questions can reach the organizers by calling and leaving a message.
When preparing for a fundraiser, planners may find themselves in the market for effective marketing tools that will also be budget friendly. Print shops can help with such efforts.
The Porcupine Dante Club in Timmins will be rolling out the red carpet for the Multicultural Dinner and Dance Gala on Saturday, January 13th. The festivities will be getting started at 5:00 pm, and they will come to a close at 11:00 pm.
