A selection of eight of Timmins’s top chefs will be showcasing both their culinary skills and the produce grown in and around the community when they take part in Feast on Timmins, which is scheduled for mid-September.
The gathering will be held at Family Farm - Radical Gardens, and it will be a feast for the senses as well as the palate. It will put locally produced ingredients, including meats and cheeses, in the spotlight, and tickets are $125.00.
The diners at the celebration will be able to enjoy a variety of bites and they will be paired with craft beers and spirits from Northern Ontario. As the gathering will be held on a functioning family farm, the guests will have the chance to learn more about where their food comes from, and it will also provide a picturesque backdrop. It is only open to those age 19 and up.
A special meal may call for equally special decor, and a banner printing company will be happy to help. Along with Banners, Signs and decorations, it can prepare printed Menus, table cards and other materials.
Feast on Timmins has been planned for September 14th, and the farm can be found at 999 Dalton Road. It will begin at 11:00 am, and passes can be purchased through its ticketing website.
