An event that will shine a light on mental health in Markham has been rescheduled to this May, and it will be an evening of music, dance and more.
The annual High Notes Gala for Mental Health will welcome supporters for a special evening at the Flato Markham Theatre, and it will boast a line-up of entertainers. A variety of local performers will be lending their talents to the occasion, and comedienne Luba Guy will serve as its MC.
The concert will include performances by the High Notes Voice Choir, as well as Ballet Jorgen and the Amici Ensemble. A special VIP ticket option is available, and those who choose this ticket type will be treated to a pre-show reception and meet and greet, where desserts and wine will be served. The entire event will be focused on raising awareness about mental health, and tickets start at $40 for adults and $15 for youth.
Due to COVID-19, many not-for-profit organizations have had to find alternative ways of promoting events like this. A poster printing company can assist in creating promotional materials.
The new date for the High Notes Gala for Mental Health will be May 17th. It will be taking to the stage at 171 Town Centre Boulevard, and the curtain will go up at 8:00pm.
