The festival will feature tacos from local vendors with styles and ingredients ranging from Mexican tradition to modern fusion. There will be competitions for the best tacos in the al pastor, birria and carnitas categories. Visitors can accompany their tacos with Mexican drinks such as cerveza, tequilas and margaritas from the Los Vatos Bar.
Taco Fest will also include tributes to Mexican culture, including live performances of musical styles like mariachi and musica banda. One of the most popular parts of the festival is the annual display of lucha libre, with local grapplers dawning the mask and wrestling in the high-flying Mexican style. Folklore dancers will also convey Hispanic traditional stories.
The festival is put on annually by Stereo Caliente Entertainment, which also hosts Latin American food-themed events like the Colombian Gastronomy Festival and Arepa Fest. Local vendors are invited to offer their food, gift items and other cultural goods. Exhibitors at events like this often use business card printing and promotional items to help make connections with new customers. Organizers write that:

The 2026 edition of the London Taco Festival will take place from August 21 to 23 at Dundas Place Block #1.
