What's Happening in London, ON…

The UpwithART gallery show will be taking place in London this May, featuring local artists looking to contribute to a good cause.

The show will feature over 45 works of visual art from both well-known and upcoming artists, in addition to historical and contemporary works donated by art collectors. Names featured include Tom Benner, Sharmistha Kar, and David Constantino Salazar. All artwork will be available for online bidding. Funds raised will go towards the Unity Project for Relief of Homelessness, which provides emergency shelters, supporting housing, and stability services in the London area. “As the housing and homelessness crisis deepens and grows, so does our resolve to be part of the solution. We work to help end the experience of homelessness for those in our care.”

The exhibition will run for 10 days and culminate in an “Arty Party” event, where visitors will get to meet the artists directly. The evening will feature live music and artistic activities, as well as food and drink. Exhibits like this often use signage and brochure printing to help identify the artists of each work and explain their inspiration.

The 2025 UpwithART exhibit will be on display at Museum London from May 2 to 7, with the Arty Party being held at the same location on May 10.
