Family events to take place in London next month

The residents of London are set to enjoy a range of fun activities and educational experiences to mark the beginning of fall, with a number of special family events coming to the area.

The first of which, Fall Fest, is taking place over Labor Day weekend. This annual event will feature live musical entertainment, a beer garden, 75 retail vendors, 25 food booths, and a range of carnival rides. Guests can also take part in a pumpkin carving contest and scarecrow making workshops. At least 15 bands will be performing over the weekend.

The Clovermead Honey Harvest Festival is taking place every Saturday throughout September. Visitors will learn how honey is harvested and will witness demonstrations. They can also make their own beeswax candle, see a live bee hive opening with an expert, ride the Bee Barrel train, and take a wagon ride. There will also be a playground for children and free samples of honey.

It's likely that London Print companies have been asked to provide services to the organizers of both events. This might include banner, flyer and poster printing to help advertise the activities around the community.

Fall Fest will take place at Victoria Park from August 30 - September 2, from 11:00am - 11:00pm each day. Admission is free and unlimited ride bracelets are $25. For more information, call 519-432-5189.

The Honey Harvest Festival will be at Clovermead Adventure Farm every Saturday in September, from 9:00am - 5:30pm. For more information, call 519-773-5503.
