Comedy duo to visit London

Popular comedy duo Cat & Nat will be coming to London this fall, as part of a special tour focusing on the realities of motherhood.

The show is titled “Cat & Nat In Real Life & Real Clothes” and is part of the pair’s “Reunion Tour” marking a return to in-person performances. Cat & Nat, more formally known as Catherine Belknap and Natalie Telfer, are known for their jokes about their experiences as moms and have grown a following through podcasts, Books, recipes, and dinner parties in addition to live comedy. The show features a combination of jokes, stories, and the odd performance by a troupe of male dancers.

“Cat & Nat In Real Life” is marketed as a “moms’ night out” and aims to foster a community of acceptance and friendship in its audience. The London show is part of a continent-wide tour that kicks off in Vancouver on December 5 and continues across Canada throughout December, before dates in the United States in 2022. Live comedy performances, often promoted through flyer printing and local media, can be critical for comedians at all stages of their career and have been much missed over the past year and a half due to social distancing rules.

The London performance of “Cat & Nat In Real Life and Real Clothes” will take place at Centennial Hall on December 12.
