The event allows visitors to sample from a range of microbreweries and other beverages from throughout Eastern Ontario and beyond. There will be dozens of vendors including Beyond the Pale, Flora Hall Brewing, and Bridge Masters Brewing Company. There will also be food available from Delights by Mama and El Patcho’s Tacos.
The festival will also feature a full lineup of live music. Performing bands include the East Coast Experience, The Social Distance, and The Start, with DJ Mace spinning tunes between sets. Each day is considered a “session” with limited admission and a different feel, with advertising inviting attendees to:
“Ease into the weekend with great drinks, live music, and relaxed Friday night vibes [or choose] Our lively Saturday afternoon to evening session — social, energetic, and a festival favourite.”
The festival is presented by Ankhor Events, which also holds the Orleans Craft Beer Festival and Cork & Fork Festival in Ottawa. Beer events allow for small brewers and other vendors to connect with customers through Promotional Products, tasting portions and special sales. In addition to beer, the festival will feature cider, cocktails and more.
The 2026 Kanata Craft Beer Festival will take place on September 11 and 12 at 400 March Road.
