Seniors from Brampton and the surrounding communities are invited to attend an event that will give them an opportunity to find out about how they can live the healthiest life possible.
The function will feature displays and more set up by local organizations and businesses that will be able to provide advice, information, services and products that can help those aged 50 and over to live a long and healthy life. Along with all of this, there will be a variety of presentations and demonstrations by health and wellness experts, as well as live music, entertainment and prize giveaways. A business that creates promotional Pens and other “swag” can produce a variety of items for an event like this.
The event is being offered free of charge, and there is plenty of onsite parking. Refreshments will be provided. Those who come out are asked to bring along a donation of a nonperishable food item for the Knights Table. Monetary contributions will also be appreciated, and a portion of the net proceeds from the day will be also be donated to the Knights Table.
