Dynacare will present the Naseem Somani Memorial Leadership Excellence Award, named in honour of a former CEO. Local community members are invited to nominate women who have impacted the community and demonstrated leadership, integrity and compassion. The winner will receive on-stage recognition at the inspiHER Gala. Advertising for the gala promises:

In addition to the awards presentation, attendees will experience a formal gala evening with a 5-course dinner paired with wine, a cash bar, and live musical and artistic entertainment. Keynote speakers will share stories of business leadership within Brampton and beyond. Visitors will also receive a gift bag with products from local businesses.
The inspiHER Gala will include a live auction featuring items donated by local partners, with proceeds going to local nonprofit Armagh House. Galas like this are often a place to make both personal or professional connections, with Business Cards and social media handles often exchanged. Last year’s gala was sold out and featured a theme of “Accelerating Growth Through Action.”
The 2026 inspiHER Gala will take place at the Millennium Gardens Banquet Centre in Brampton on March 5, 2026.
