Pick up some childrens items in Brampton
The Kidzz 2 Kidz Supersale will take place at the Brampton Fairgrounds on April 21 from 10am - 3pm. Admission is $1 and proceeds go to support the Twin Plus Association of Brampton. The first 400 visitors will receive free goody bags.
The Supersale will be the place in Brampton to pick up gently-used children’s items such as clothing, toys, shoes, furniture and accessories. There will also be a bake sale provided by Sherry’s Delights. In addition several vendors will be demonstrating their latest products and/or services including representatives from Tupperware and Regal. Vendors, in addition to demonstrating their wares, will most likely be providing literature for visitors to take home with them. Brampton printing companies will no doubt have provided them with promotional items such as brochures, catalogs, and business cards to pass along to the public. They might also have provided items such as pens and notepads with the company logo on them; everyone likes having something to take home.
The Twins Plus Association of Brampton is a group providing support and social opportunities for those parents who have or are expecting twins, triplets and multiples. The Association also provides the same support to their families and operates on a not-for-profit basis and is a huge support to those in the area.
Often when a couple is blessed with multiple births, they don’t know where to turn for support and help and, often, they don’t know anyone else in the same situation. Fortunately, organizations such as this help to educate those parents and help them realize they can get by and enjoy their new families with the support of their fellow multiples parents.
