While traditional New Year's Eve gatherings may not be taking place this year, Brampton residents will still be able enjoy an evening of fun from the safety of their own home.
The city has planned a schedule of online activities to help bring in 2021, and everyone is invited to join the party. It will include both recorded and live performances by some of the area’s top musical performers, and it will also offer other family friendly fun.
To help get the younger generation involved in the festivities, there will be a variety of workshops running throughout the day, and parents can take part along with their kids. The line-up of entertainment includes a magic show, as well as a dance party, and the whole community is encouraged to get involved.
The planners of the event encourage the families that take part to support local eateries, and they’ve prepared a list of restaurants that will be open and offering delivery service.
