Join the BBOT for their annual golf day

The Brampton Board of Trade (BBOT) is holding it's 50th annual golf day at the Lionhead Golf and Country Club on June 21 beginning at 11:30 AM.

The golf fee will include a golf cart, green fees, lunch and dinner. Several levels of sponsorship are available. The event will also be celebrating the 125th anniversary of the Brampton Board of Trade.

Golf is an excellent networking opportunity; business owners can treat their favourite client to the tournament and have the chance to discuss business over lunch and dinner or they can use this as an opportunity to meet their business peers in a relaxed setting. Brampton printing companies can provide those who wish to attend the golf day with business card printing services; a stack of Business Cards can easily be stored in a golf bag for easy access at the end of the game or in a jacket pocket or purse.

There are several tips for networking while playing golf. The player should at least have a rudimentary understanding of golf and they should always display good sportsmanship. It is recommended not to discuss business while playing the game but save that for later when you are sitting down to dinner. If all those tips are followed most business men or women will find that they have managed to make at least one business connection which will probably pay off in more business coming their way.

Fees are $250 for BBOT members and $300 for non-members; foursomes are $1175 for members and $1300 for non-members. Dinner only is $60 for members and $85 for non-members.
