Homebuyers ahoy in Brampton

Those who are considering purchasing their first home, or upgrading to a larger home or condo, are invited to take part in the first South Asian and Newcomer New Home Fair scheduled to take place at Brampton’s Embassy grand Convention Center.

The expo is intended to provide all the information that new homebuyers might need to help them make their decision. Those who are interested in investing in real estate are also invited to take part. Builders, real estate agents, service providers, and retailers will be on hand to host presentations and answer any questions the public may have. There are also plans for workshops to be held throughout the day. Brochure printers can create pamphlets and other materials that can be given to those who are interested in learning even more before they decide to buy.

Banks and other lending companies will also be offering low interest mortgages to those who need one, and there will also be special offers from builders and retail home décor companies, who may be offering items for sale for as much as 70% off store price. Throughout the day, there will be draws for door prizes and the first 100 people to arrive will receive free gifts.

The event will be held on April 12, beginning at midday. Parking and admission are free.
