Business Expo to return to Brampton
The Brampton Venture Expo will be celebrating five years this September, aiming to bring together the city’s business community and present new opportunities.
The one-day conference aims to gather small business owners, start-up founders and other entrepreneurs looking to gain insight or support. Students and job seekers exploring careers in innovative businesses are also welcome. Educators and media professionals will help provide guidance. Organizers expect over 1,200 attendees, with an emphasis on diverse voices, opportunities and inspiration.
This year’s BVX will feature panels such as “Innovation RX”, focusing on the medical technology industry in Brampton, and Emerging Tech Frontiers, focusing on technology such as artificial intelligence and space exploration. The event is part of the Brampton Venture Zone initiative, in association with Toronto Metropolitan University and the Brampton Innovation District, and describes itself as the largest such event in the city in promotional content:
