Brampton workshop to help companies create perfect pitch

A workshop on the agenda for the Brampton business community will share tips for creating an effective pitch to secure investment.

Kevin Smith, who has an extensive background in sales and marketing and has delivered thousands of presentations, will be the facilitator for the function. There is no fee being charged to register, and the workshop is being hosted by the Brampton Entrepreneur Centre and the RIC Centre.

The learners will be taught the steps in building an effective pitch, and they will discover how one of their first moves should be to find out what their core audience’s issue may be and how it can be addressed. They will also be taught how an investment pitch is a special kind of presentation. The goal of the workshop is to make sure everyone walks away better equipped to secure external funding from investors.

One of the topics often discussed during a workshop like this is how visual materials can add extra value to an investment pitch. A printing services company will be able to consult on a one-on-one basis with its clients to make sure they have the materials they need to catch the eye of potential investors.

The Pitching to Investors: Tips & Tricks for the Perfect Pitch workshop will take place on July 21st, and it will start at 3:00pm. For the safety of both the registrants and facilitator, it will take place online.
