An upcoming Brampton fundraising event will be supporting local veterans.
The Annual Brampton Run for Veterans invites all members of the local community to show support for area veterans, and all ages are welcome to get involved. Those who are interested can choose to run, walk or roll their way along in their wheelchair or other mobility device, and chip timing will be available for anyone who requests it.
On the day of the run, veterans will be joining together for a Buddy Check Coffee, which will be reserved for former military members only. After this, the supporters will hit the course. Once everyone has completed the run, they will be treated to a barbecue lunch, and this will be hosted at Branch 15 Legion in Brampton.
The organizers of the day have explained that, in response to the pandemic, the event may need to be converted to an online activity. If the event is hosted in person, anyone who would like to take part online is still welcome to do so. Race kits will be available for pickup ahead of the function, and items like these often contain Corporate Gifts printed with a fundraiser’s Logo Design.
