Brampton plans dog-friendly meet and greet

An initiative that will give Brampton dog owners an opportunity to mix and mingle along with their canine companions will be welcoming new attendees this spring, and it will provide an excuse to get out and enjoy the fresh air and sunshine.

Trizan Dog Services has made plans to host Paws in the Park, and all sizes, breeds and ages are welcome. All of the dogs that take part must be leashed, and the function will be held in Conservation Drive Park.

When the registrants arrive for the mixer, they will meet up at 290 Conservation Drive, and parking is available on site. They are asked to be respectful of the other dogs, and to ask an owner’s permission before greeting their pet. They will need to clean up after their canine, and masks and social distancing are required. Everyone is asked to bring some water and a bowl.

This type of activity gives local pet owners a chance to meet their neighbours, and a poster printing company will have an assortment of ways to spread the word. Its staff can work with its clients to make sure they have the items they need at a price that suits their budget, and it can also offer graphic design advice.

Paws in the Park will be held on May 2nd, and its scheduled start time is 10:00 am. Additional information can be found on its online listing.
