Brampton hospice to benefit from fundraising tea

Hospice care can prove to be an invaluable resource for those living with a life-limiting illness as well as their family and friends, and a fundraiser will support one that serves the Brampton community.

The High Tea and Silent Auction fundraiser will give local residents the chance to support Kay Blair Hospice, and at the time this was written, tickets were still available. It is scheduled for 7732 Mavis Road, and tax receipts will be issued.

The guests at the tea will be enjoying a variety of teas and baked treats, and while they do, they can learn more about Kay Blair Hospice and why it is important. There will be a selection of donated corporate gifts and other items, as well as experiences, to bid on in the silent auction, and only a limited number of seats are available for the gathering.

Fundraisers come in all sorts of forms, from the tried and true to completely outside the box. Print shops will be able to supply their organizers with a wide variety of custom designed materials, and they can accommodate most budget levels.

This elegant afternoon, held in support of a Brampton hospice, will be on offer to the public on April 14th and it will begin at 2:00 pm. Meadowvale Cemetery, Cremation and Funeral Centres will be the venue for the occasion.
