Food trucks offer a way for chefs to connect with a wide audience of local foodies, and a celebration of these mobile eateries has been planned for Brampton in September.
At least 40 food trucks will be parked on site in Chinguacousy Park in Brampton for a culinary festival, and the fare that will be on offer will range from appetizers and other light bites to dessert. It will be open to one and all for three days, and all of the provinces will be represented.
Those who attend the festivities will not need to secure advance tickets, as all will be granted free entry. As well as the food, the crowd will be invited to enjoy live entertainment. Those with a big appetite can try their luck in one of the eating contests, and the adults will be able to sit back and relax with a cold beer. Service animals and well-behaved parts may attend, but they must be leashed.
Food trucks offer an alternative to a traditional brick-and-mortar restaurant. Many owners of these eateries count on area printing services companies to create and install vehicle wraps so their trucks are in top shape for an event such as this.
