Brampton businesses to benefit from website clinic

An effective online presence can help a business to take advantage of the rapidly growing virtual marketplace, and the Brampton Board of Trade wants to help local businesses to do so.

The inaugural meeting of the Brampton WordPress Meetup will give local enterprises an opportunity to improve their WordPress sites, and there will be no cost to access this assistance. An assortment of experts will be on hand, and anyone who is interested can move to the front of the line by registering their information ahead of the event.

When area businesses sign up, they can ask any questions they may have in the comments section of the intake form. They will need to bring along the URL for their site, as well as administrator credentials, to receive in-person assistance. This will be supplied on a first come, first served basis.

The schedule for the evening includes some time for networking, and the attendees may wish to bring along Business Cards to share with their new contacts. The doors will open at 6:00pm, and more details about the function can be found on its Brampton Board of Trade listing.

The date for the first ever Fix My Site Meetup for the Brampton business community is set for January 27th. The location will be released closer to the date of the activity.
