Brampton area to host botanical market

A new market will be popping up near Brampton this spring, and it will showcase the talents of artisans from across the Greater Toronto Area.

Along with a chance to enjoy a green experience in the heart of the city, the Toronto Botanical Garden offers programming throughout the year. Its Eco-Market will help to support its work, and everyone is encouraged to stop by and check it out in person.

The plans for the day include at least 20 different artists and makers, and it will be the first year that it has been held. The products on offer will be botanically themed and eco-friendly, and the Garden Shop will also be open for the public to browse through. Here, they will find ethically sourced seeds, plants and bulbs, as well as other products. The function will be open to anyone interested for six hours.

Pop-up markets offer a way for an organization to both fundraise and increase awareness about its activities and the cause it supports. Pamphlets and other materials can be prepared to distribute during such an event by a local brochure printing company.

The Toronto Botanical Garden Eco-Market will be held on April 23rd. It will be open at 777 Lawrence Avenue East, and it will run from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm.
