Board of Trade launches lunch and learn series
Local people will soon have the opportunity to take part in networking and discover business insights at the Lunch and Learn series, which will be hosted by the Brampton Board of Trade starting later this month.
Founded in 1887, the Brampton Board of Trade is a non-profit organization built to support local businesses. With a mission focused on developing a business-friendly environment with Brampton, the organization conducts a variety of activities, including advocacy, events, networking and professional development.
This month, the Board is launching its monthly Lunch and Learn series, allowing business professionals to gain essential business insights, network, and build professional skills. Each session will cover a wide range of business-related topics and include a lunch. Attendees are encouraged to ask questions to the presenter, network with attendees, and explore the challenges facing Brampton businesses. The location of the sessions will vary throughout the city of Brampton. Admission for the Lunch and Learn for members of the Board is free; those who are not members but would like to attend can do so by paying the general admission fee.
Like many similar events, the series has a series of sponsors for the event. Event sponsors often use a form of promotion at the event like banner printing, allowing attendees to learn a bit more about the session sponsor and giving the sponsor some exposure to a specific target audience.
