An event that celebrates the culinary community in and around Burnside will give area foodies lots to talk about, and it's anticipated that it will draw a large crowd.
The Downtown Dartmouth Food Crawl will be a self-guided activity that encourages the public to discover local bites for themselves. It takes place in the spring and again in the fall, and is held during the evening hours.
The experience will see the participants treated to samples from the various eateries that have signed on, and they will be on offer for as long as supplies last. Each sample will be priced by the individual establishment, and a full list of venues for the occasion will be provided as its set date draws closer. The Crawl will begin at 5:30 pm, and wrap up at 8:00 pm. The function has become quite popular, and may sell it quickly.
