Vancouver workshop to explore pricing strategies

When preparing a product for sale, one of the tasks that may be undertaken by a maker or manufacturer is pricing their goods or services, and a Vancouver workshop may make the process go more smoothly.

Small Business British Columbia (SBBC) will be giving those who own or run a small business insight into the process of pricing. Anyone who is interested will be able to choose from attending online or in person, and it is part of the city’s October Small Business Month celebrations.

During the class, the attendees will find out how to balance a price so it offers both affordability and value, and several different strategies will be reviewed. Inflation and market volatility will also be discussed, and tips will be shared for avoiding common pitfalls. Financial professional and CPA Zahra Baghdadi will be the facilitator for the activity, and she will share her expertise and also answer questions.

Taking part in a workshop gives those in the business world a way to keep their skills sharp. Handouts and other items that may make learning easier can be prepared by area Stationery printers along with promotional Pens and other materials.

The team at SBBC will be giving the city’s business community a chance to up their game on October 24th. It will begin at 4:30 pm, and the fee is $19.00.
